“I had a great experience working as a developer in a tech squad. Even if our product didn’t quite reach what we what we had envisioned (yet), doing this as a team from scratch was an amazing learning opportunity. Trying to figure out what our product was, how to communicate between teams, how to manage expectations, how to manage life (somethings are out of your control) were the biggest takeaway for me, as well as the biggest challenges. (Dealing with the tech side of things was easier) Though I need a break, I do hope to keep on working on our product as a team.”
